Right now I just do 1/2 of ntsc at 352x240 encoded to divx5 and it isnt
the BEST quality, but for me for just viewing a show I miss (and not
archive) it's acceptable...

I would also like to point out that someone is hacking the hauppage wintv
PVR USB model, with a onboard mpeg2 encoder, they currently have it working,
and are adding tuner support, might be an option for someone down
the road.  Not as snazzy as DV, but still a nice touch, especially
for the pci slot challenged...
