Can't find any physical. Only those like this one http://tinyurl.com/hsbcbreach which is from employee of HSBC and those datacenters are managed by different people and companies. Which is in fact just confirmation that most of the problems come from inside of companies. Because it's much more easy to apply social engineering or simply pay some money to someone then try to break trough SW of physical security.
