Did you find a solution for this problem?
I have exactly the same on an old i7-9600k that I use as a filer on 7.6 with 
all syspatches installed.

All I get on the console is a bunch of:
pmap_unwire: wiring for 0xfffffd876f7fe440 va 0xc0001e6000 didn't change
the VA changes about every three occurrence and repeats.
and then:
Stopped at sleep_finish+0x22c: int $3

(dmesg to come, but currently running some memtest86)
