John, all I can say is that if you don't want folks to "republish" your stuff, you have to stay off the Internet. It is a ridiculous ask for you poise this. If you make a public comment expect, if you are lucky, people will respond, send it around, etc etc. Anyone who expects your comments to stay within the context of this or any other list, is very, very naive. This list is quite public in fact and can be viewed without joining it on the web.
