(2) As with almost all the very revolutionary lefts, Ben fulminates against the Democratic Party, but he neglects to mention the role of those responsible for bringing the Democratic Party into the working class. Yes, I'm talking about the union leaders. Am I to understand that none of the speakers mentioned their disgraceful and cowardly role? We have, for example, the "national labor expert" Dan La Botz, who lionized Sean Fain, UAW president. I wonder if La Botz bothered to mention that Fain authored a column in the WA Post saying he wants to work with Trump. Or take another speaker - Blanca Misse. As a grad student, she was a member of the UAW. Maybe she still is. Did she mention this? Did she mention the criminal role of the union leadership at all? As for Mark Lause, I can guess.
