OTOH - as Florian has suggested, as the ops is back to normal after
"only" two hours or so -, this could also have easily been a shot across
the bow to rattle the beds of all the admins that have continued to doze
away after the initial announcement and probably a couple of 1:1 reminders.
As in: "This is going to happen to you and your org after 16 July -
permanently! And not just for two hours. Wake up and get your stuff fixed!"
They might not have know to help themselves otherwise, after all. A
decision made between a rock and a hard place...
