the malware kind I no longer see in my mailbox and I don't keep
statistics (filtering outsourced), but when I book a hotel room, in
addition to the booking confirmation email and the bill after the stay I
receive so many "legit" mails that in my eyes are worse than spam,
because there is no opt-out (and they do not respect the unsubscribe as
they do it per booking); it wastes my time rather than filter time; and
I have to read through the marketing B/S because there may be something
real affecting the ongoing transaction. And they are not the worse
"legit" mail.
