Fair enough. And personally and speaking only for myself, I know and like the spam cop folks since the late 90s but as things stand I wouldn’t use them as a BL to filter my personal mail.

For any given IP address or network, if it spews junk, it’ll get blocked eventually (Suresh’s point). If it doesn’t, it won’t (Scott’s point).
