One of the very many IPs they use. I'm sure you could find a few more if you looked. As a data point, during November 2024 so far, our spamtraps have received an average of 3400 unwanted messages from Microsoft outbounds every day. As a side note, and comparison, https://check.spamhaus.org/sbl/listings/microsoft.com currently has 2162 unhandled issues.
