One of the very many IPs they use. I'm sure you could find a few more
if you looked.

As a data point, during November 2024 so far, our spamtraps have received
an average of 3400 unwanted messages from Microsoft outbounds every day.

currently has 2162 unhandled issues.

Microsoft rates #3 on Spamhaus' list of top networks for exploited IPs,
with only Algerie Telecom and Bharti Airtel ahead of it.
