For the moment, the recipient whitelistet our domain. I am still puzzled
as to why Mimecast shows SPF passed, DMARC passed, DKIM failed (on a
screenshot received from the recipient domain admin).
DKIM signing is definitely proper. Two options left for me to test are:
- change of DNS provider, in case Mimecast has issues with querying the
DKIM key (but even that is weird, because it is cached and sometimes it
workes)
- test if OpenDKIM works better than rspamd
I assume the issue is on Mimecast's end. If there is any Mimecast
contact on this list, I'd appreciate a reach out. :-)
