I would say setting up DKIM is not that complicated. Setting up DKIM
so that it's actually secure and useful is a pain.

Hence I've done the bare minimum DKIM setup for a small sender over a
decade ago and still use the same 1024 bit key, no expiry date.
Constructing a more secure DKIM setup has been on my backburner to-do
list for years.
