There's life at Google. Just pay for GSuite. I'm not sure if you can run into the same issue if you have one (and only one) GSuite administrator (we always have at least 3), but their support is responsive for paid customers.
I'll pull the pin on this grenade and take the flack, but if you aren't paying, why would you expect support?
