I get Yahoo junk reports for one of my mailing lists every month or so from
people who either think that is you unsubscribe or later swear they never 
reported
it as junk (well, then, what's it doing in my mailbox?)

I haven't seen any delibery issues.  They know there's a certain level of false
alarms and you need more junk reports than I get for it to be a problem.
