These are all Bell Canada. MXes have flipflopped over time between self-hosted and variously outsourced (sympatico.ca in particular is/was Bell's consumer brand, and IIRC was hosted by Yahoo for a while).

I'm pretty sure these are all descendants of the various US "baby Bell" providers that came out of splitting up Bell in the US some decades ago, which by now have mostly merged back together over time with ISP buyouts and mergers.
