Yes, the inquiry with the bank is ongoing. At this point and given the process 
that we follow for our accounts, we know that all preferences for data sharing 
were the functional equivalent of "do not spam", so there should not be a 
reason for the email in the first place, other than whatever process imported 
the address to Deluxe ignored that preference.

Not sure this warrants more time from this list, although I will report back 
the results given the interest expressed in private by a few of you.
