Interestingly, Deluxe also owns a network historically known for high
volumes of spam, brute force, botnets, and things of that nature:

Always seemed out of character to me for their primary business, but
I've always wondered if they wanted to get into the spam game.

I just received my first ever spam from `info.deluxe.com`, sent to a

Since Deluxe is in the check printing business and handles check
printing for many banks, it's not hard to guess where they got your
address. If you ever ordered a checkbook they might even have an
arguable existing business relationship.
That's not to say I would want them to send me spam, but it doesn't
seem very mysterious.
