Have you done the following? This is a very basic first step.

1. Go to https://www.whois.com
2. Enter the IP address of your mail server.
3. Verify at OrgAbuseName, OrgAbusePhone, and OrgAbuseEmail point to you. If not, fix it so that they do. You may need to contact your ISP to have them SWIP your subnet to you.


I've tried it for years, there seems to be no way to get that. Now that I'm changing IPs (not ISP), I'm gonna try again, but I doubt I'll get it.

And I see that several replies to abuse reports contain the phrase "We forwarded to our customer...". It seems like ISPs want to reserve to themselves the burden of receiving complaints.
