Indeed... Look at various ICANN SSAC docs related to issues with just
IDN (internationlized domain names) and cyrillic characters that look
enough like latin to allow bogus domain names that will fool most
folks. And attempts to get emojis in domain names (don't ask...).

Basically, even text chars are really really hard to not allow clever
cheats. Logos and graphics are just asking for forgery.
