They usually allow direct delisting on their details page. Repeated
listings can't be removed sometimes or only if the sensors don't detect
$listing-reason for a while. Some month ago I've also seen that
delisting was only possible after the CBL checked the removal of a file.
If you provide shared hosting you really prefer if delisting is not that
easily possible, since customers love to do it for you...
