I believe that rarely there will be some listing where they have some reason they don't allow it to be removed. I'm unclear on the criteria; haven't had any involvement with CBL for a million years. It's possible they think you're playing silly buggers, or it's possible that it was removed too many times already, or it's possible they're ASSUMING you're playing silly buggers when you're not. Hard to tell from the outside.
At any rate, glad you got delisted...be curious to see if it holds.
