By turning it off, and then re-opening everything, I restart at the beginning, instead of stuck in a toolbar that I don't how to get out of. I have to know where it will start each time, so I can make notes, and be able to use it the next time.
Perhaps tomorrow, my husband can listen to the hard rock music if I call the Apple number, and maybe they'll have someone who at least knows how to get out of the menu bar. The last couple of people I spoke to, didn't know how to turn it on, much less use it. I don't want to leave it on all the time, it beeps constantly, especially if typing in a Pages document. That day may come. For now, 30 minutes of "training" a day is plenty.
