Hi all,
I was checking my Twitter feed today, when I came across a link that I think
might help. It is a way to basically reset finder so that it no longer consumes
so much CPU. I have not tested it yet, I have a feeling this might help with
the problem that a lot of us are experiencing where Finder goes busy in certain
views. It is worth a try, if nothing else, but be advised that you will have to
redo all your settings. This would include file extension views, custom views,
tab and window preferences, sidebar and desktop preferences, and more. Still,
if it works, it would be worth it. Here's the link so you can give it a try.
