Hello, Tim and Ray: Optiion enter or force download finally cracked the issue for which I thank you. I never knew this command existed. Yo are right,t eh CNIB barely assists anyone so I like you, Tim barely use it but when I want to use it, now it does work. Ray, yo are correct in your summation that the CNIB assistant was not helpful, in fact, he used a cop out when instructing me to download chrome. All he had to do was put me in contact with other Canadian mac users or ask if he couuld send my contact information to other Mac users. It's just ridiculous.
