HI Anne, The problem isn't that the pitch doesn't change. The pitch does change. The problem is that in addition to the pitch changing VoiceOver still says the word "capital" before the letter. PERHAPS THE BEST EXAMPLE IS FOR YOU TO READ SOMETHING IN ALL CAPS SUCH AS THIS SENTENCE BY CHARACTER. YOU'LL SEE THAT VOICEOVER SAYS THE WORD CAPITAL BEFORE EACH LETTER AS WELL AS CHANGING PITCH WHICH MAKES IT VERY TIME CONSUMING TO SPELL A WORD.
