Hi again Anita I don't know if Geek squad can do what they do with AppleCare in one respect. One thing they can do is do what they call remote advisor. That means you go into Safari, and you give Apple permission to look at your screen. You have to have Internet working to do this. But they can tell you things like go over to the right a couple of times to get where they want you to go. If you get it working, which most of the tonic does, then it's as good as having a sighted person looking at your screen at the same time. In fact I would rather have Apple pet care doing this then letting my husband deal with my computer these days. Regards, Gigi
