right? Is it two or three keys: IE. VO+Option+Shift?+

You can hit the escape key to get out of the getting started tutorial.
If that doesn't work, try the letter v key.
Are you talking switching VoiceOver languages or the keyboard
language?

Windows on mac is discussed quite a lot on this and other lists.
While it is possible to run Windows on mac, the easiest and truly
accessible way to do this is with a paid product called Vmware Fusion.
That's all I will say for now until you get your mac up and running.
I'm only trying to save confusion here, and hopefully not being more a
hindrance than a help.
