I did some searching and found no problems like yours online, so you may have 
just gotten a bad download or something (I don't know what sort of verification 
Cydia does to downloaded files to check integrity). What tweak(s) did you try 
though? I'm liking the look of My Assistant, but if it caused all those 
problems...
