Chris; In my opinion this is what makes jailbreaking so fun, you can break something just by installing an application, that you didn't expect to break anything. For example, when you are working with android, you can install an application that may cause your device to be useless. Therefore, in my opinion it's a lot nicer to be able to take a risk, then to be locked down by Apple's requirements in there App Store. Michael PS, great job being able to fix it, that's why we always suggest making backups before you perform the jailbreak. That way, you can restore to your last known good configuration, just something to keep in the back of your mind.
