Hi Christine,

I had this problem once before too. BUt it wasn't with music, it was with any 
file. THe only way I resolved the issue was to format the drive. YOu can 
accomplish this in Disc Utilities. Open your applications folder and then type 
U T for utilities and hit command O on it. THen type d  I for disc.  hit 
command O to open that window. You should see the drive in there. You can tell 
if it's the hard drive on your Mac verses the flash drive by how big it is. 
Once you find it there should be an option to format it. You might have to VO 
and right arrow after you find it. I had to do this with a flash drive I 
purchased. Once I did, it worked perfectly. I hope this helps. Have a great day.
