Hi Christine!
The music files are not in your Itunes library!
However After selecting the tracks you want to move try Command+shift+r that 
will show all in finder!
And you should be able to copy and then move to your flashdrive and then paste!
Hopefully that will work for you!
Now as for your music files you should look for them in your harddrive they 
should be in the music folder under Itunes on the hd!
If you have no luck from the other method, and you can find the music files in 
the hd then you can select and copy from there and then go to your flash and 
paste!
Your Itunes library is just a fancy playlist!
No actual music files!
