Mark and Ricardo, sometimes, I have to keep hitting the Command F5 combo for two or three minutes before VO kicks in. While I truly sympathize with everyone who regularly encounters this problem, I also take a little bit of comfort in the fact that (1) I'm not doing anything wrong and (2) misery keeps company.
