Hi Anne, Thanks, I did in fact see your message just after I posted mine. What kind of scanning can you do? I'm used to scanning both small batches of things, such as the mail, and large batches of things, such as books. Although I don't scan as many books as I used to, I would definitely like to be able to do so with my MAC.
And do you read the scans with Voice Over? I assume you must. Thanks for any clarifications you can provide. Not everyone uses, or has used, Windows. I've used only a Mac for 15 years now and I'm quite happy with my scanning solution. It consists of VueScan and ABBYY FineReader and the results I get are very nearly perfect.
