Hello. I am running Windows in a boot camp partition without Snow Leopard and I 
have sound. I had to install drivers from the mac os installation cd after 
installing Windows. I printed the Bootcamp Installation Guide wich contains the 
procedures. I needed sighted assistance to get this done.
