Hi, Nick: Okay, more progress! If I first go to the bluetooth menu on my Macbook and check the "Use this device, stereo," option, the Bluetooth eventually pairs in stereo and sounds pretty good. There's still a delay, and sometimes VoiceOver is not audible at first, and sometimes my system sounds still play through the Mac's speakers, but the most distressing thing is that I cannot get the Icom to stay "locked in," to the signal. After three seconds of silence, the Icom makes its little tones and goes back to normal mode. I tried pressing and releasing the power button momentarily, like you do to lock it in "patchcord mode," but no joy.
So, right now, I can see where, if I wanted to play something that would stream continuously for a long period of time, I can see how it would be cool, but maybe you can give me tips to get over my other problems. You've really helped me out so far, and it's essentially working, except for those quirks. • Mark BurningHawk Baxter • AIM, Skype and Twitter: BurningHawk1969 • MSN: burninghawk1...@hotmail.com • My home page: • http://MarkBurningHawk.net/ -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "MacVisionaries" group.
