Carolyn: The Icom is a device which uses the induction loop of Phonak hearing aids to send sound directly to the hearing aids; it essential turns them into a very high-quality headset. This device can be Bluetooth-paired with a phone or, in this case, my Macbook. I have had no luck doing this, and even tried again yesterday with no joy.
