Hello Heather. You must be from Austin. I also take training at the domain. I use Laurice. She's an excellent trainer. We've been working on Pages. I'm afraid the noise is just a fact of life and you'll have to live with it. If you like coffee, there's a starbucks very close to the apple store. The people are helpful and friendly but the store works by appointments primarily. Good luck.
