Thank you that is very kind of you and I may take you up on that offer. I have thought about iWork as it might be the only option, was hoping the new version might be out by no. I also believe OpenOffice is also VO friendly, anyone had experience with it? Sadly i do need MS Office compatibility and it looks like the next version of Office is going to be no better. Unfortunately I have to use Windows at work, wish they used Macs!
to be honest now I have got to grips with most of VoiceOver's shortcuts and Apple's keyboard shortcuts I find I am now whizzing around the mac faster than I did when I could see!!!! I find with VoiceOver you have to do very little reaching for key strokes thanks to the rota and VO buttons and cursor keys/touch pad. With jawS you have to use the number pad a lot and the function keys for surfing etc. And there is a forms mode? What is all that about?
