I can't speak to FB on windows, either, haven't used jaws in three years, have no plans or desire to go back to windows! Have you tried iWork? It has similar functionality to MS office and works very well with VO. You can also read and work with documents created by MS office. If you need to work wiht someone using office, you can easily save documents in MS word, excell, and powerpoint formats. If you have any questions about any of this, feel free to email me off list.
