Hi, The simulator is inaccessible. Well, the simulator itself is not, but the App shows up as an iPhone app does which will, logically, make it unreadable. This is because with the mouse, as an iPhone developer, you actually have to perform the gestures with a mouse, so the question as to whether it could literally simulate the iPhone's VoiceOver is probably questionable.
As for the Interface Builder, someone mentioned on here a place to get a program which could essentially place the objects to your liking just by writing it. You know who you are. :) I can't find the link, nor by searching so I'm not sure where it went. I can't find it on my Mac either, but I swear I saved it. Sorry.
