Hello Victor, I'm developing 2 apps for iPhone.
xCode has a few accessibility problems but you can use it. Interface builder has more problems but you can design your interface with it but you have to make connections from xCode. I'll post an article about it in my blog next week. iPhone simulator isn't accesible and you have to ask for help I hope Apple makes interface builder and iPhone simulator more accesible. For example. If interface builder has a method to create connections and define outlets it will be accesible and confortable for blind developers. if iPhone simulator can run voiceOver it will be accessible.
