as helpful and appreciated as your wisdom might be, have you ever considered something?
very very few voiceover and IOS users are on this list.
So, a person understandably in the poster's situation is never going to get this idea, and of course because it works in your case does not mean it works for them. They may call amazon, even the so called customer service line for people with disabilities line. And, if done, they are not going to get your wisdom either. All the more reasons for contacting Amazon anyway, most of their customers are not going to learn from you.
