Put one finger at the bottom center edge of the screen. You should hear a slight pop. Now drag that single finger up to about the 1/3 point of the screen. You should hear another slight pop. For me at least, that has bypassed that from the start. If that does not work, then double tap anywhere on the screen and that should take you to the next window.
