Thank you, it did work, but I had to go through setup step by step. Now I just need to tweek the new phone and get used to the differences.

Hi Eileen, whenever you turn on the phone, just do a straight triple click of the button on the side. That will turn on voiceover. Voice will speak the entire process straightforward for you to do the transfer. Sometimes it works, and sometimes it doesn't. If it doesn't work during the transfer, make sure that you have an iCloud backup of all of your data, that way it will pull everything from the cloud.nd I think you need to punisher. Can you do that?
