Hello Everyone,

I just got a new Iphone 15 pro, not in store, but shipped to my home.

I was somehow under the impression I could turn the phone on, and turn voice
over on. I called Apple help to assist in doing the setup and transfer from
my old Iphone 10 to the new phone and was told that Voice Over cannot be
turned on/enabled until the setup is done. Is that in fact correct?

The tech rep did say I could have gone through a step by step setup that
then would have allowed VO to get turned on, however then I could not use
the auto transfer of all my data and apps from the old phone. If that is
true then I did not want to risk losing any of my apps.

Is there any way I can get this process done without having to go into an
Apple store?

Thanks for any guidance and information on what is known about this
procedure.

Eileen
