Hi, Tim, I was looking at some responses to the face-id dilemma. I had someone from Apple Support help me reset my face-id and it worked. However, i tried to unlock it several times with no success. Is there a certain way I should be holding my phone to make it work? iI have my attention features off and am just confused.
