Yeah, It is something apple really needs to fix. It works in dom mode but, only when it feels like working. lol. I noticed if I load a page and try to use the arrows it might not work, then I get up to get a glass of water and bam! it's working. Maybe its saving the content of the page into some kind of temporary memory to use this option of using the arrows to navigate. Who knows.
