Hi, Just a correction. DOM mode will actually allow you to move up and down as well if only using the arrow keys. However, I didn't suggest Group mode because I figured she was using the default settings. The solution in DOM mode is kind of flaky, though. It seems to work for the most part, including selecting lines from webpages. But that's not always doable in some instances, but sometimes it is on exactly the same webpages it was unavailable previously. I find this a strange symptom.
