Yes, this is one of the reasons I decided to upgrade to the latest Windows machine rather than a new Mac.
However, my primary reason is: Apple refuses to upgrade the Mac to touchscreen, and Windows Narrator is now quite useable. It is the only screen reader I am currently using on my new machine. All that said, my primary devices are my iPhone X and my iPad Pro 10.5. And, I will most likely switch back to Mac if Apple ever makes it a touchscreen device. Oh, and no busy busy problems on my iOS devices.
