Hi Christine,
OK this is starting to sound like my att internet box issue!
When the busy gets that bad I Un plug the power from my ATT Box which is my
gate way to the web.
after several minutes my att box connection comes back up and all is well for
a while.
I had a att tech guy tell me that att updates its software every once and a
while about every 4 to 6 weeks here and thats why i have to reset the modem.
He said when the att box boots back up it updates its software and gets back to
normal, until the next att update! :(
its worth a shot being as both of your browsers are acting the same!
The one thing in common is the internet box so to speak!
