Yuma, I don't know how new you are to voiceover and the Mac so I want to make sure something is clear to you. vo-shft-m is a voiceover key and not a Safari key and you won't find it in the Safari help. You can use that anywhere to bring up a context menu. There are times when it doesn't work like it should, but it's the first thing you want to try when you need a context menu.
